Biographical Data:

E. Adam Leyens, Esq. (Cornell University A.B. 1982, Cornell Law School JD 1985) is the sole member of E. Adam Leyens, PLLC. Mr. Leyens has over 26 years of experience counseling businesses and their owners in a wide range of business law matters, including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, business formations, contract negotiations, commercial financing transactions, commercial leasing matters, shareholder and employment agreements, real property purchases and sales, and intellectual property and related licensing matters. Mr. Leyens also represents commercial lenders and venture capital groups in a wide variety of lending transactions.

 

Mr. Leyens has been a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and served as the President of the Monroe County Business Law Section from 2006 to 2008. He is currently Chairman of the Board of New York State Industries for the Blind, Inc., a New York State not-for-profit corporation located in Albany, New York which provides meaningful employment for individuals who are blind and visually impaired.
